We process only the data you voluntarily provide by writing or calling us: name, contact details (email, phone) and message content.

We also store, locally in your browser, the selected interface language (IT/EN). We do not use profiling tools, advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Collected data is used to: (a) respond to booking requests, inquiries or feedback; (b) remember the selected language to improve user experience; (c) comply with legal obligations.

The legal bases for processing are: pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) for booking requests; legitimate interest of the Controller (art. 6.1.f GDPR) for handling communications; consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) implicitly given through site usage for technical interface preferences only.

Contact data is kept for the time necessary to fulfill your request and afterwards for no longer than 24 months, unless longer retention is required by law. Interface preferences remain in your browser until you manually delete them.

Data may be shared with technical service providers acting as Processors: Vercel Inc. for website hosting; OpenStreetMap Foundation for displaying the map. Data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

The site is hosted on Vercel infrastructure, which may involve data transfer outside the European Economic Area (United States). Such transfer is governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission, ensuring an adequate level of protection.

You have the right at any time to: access your data (art. 15), have it rectified (art. 16), request its deletion (art. 17), restrict its processing (art. 18), receive it in a structured format (art. 20), object to its processing (art. 21), withdraw your consent.
